LOGÍSTICA SUEIRO TRANS S.L. is a company dedicated to the transportation of products, especially food products, both temperature-controlled and non-controlled.

The importance and necessity of a quality logistics service that meets our clients' needs, ensuring food safety, as well as improving our environmental performance, has led us to implement a system based on the IFS Logistics, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.

An appropriate food safety culture will be established and maintained through: a commitment from management and all employees to the safe distribution of food, participation of all workers in food safety practices, awareness of food safety hazards and the importance of food safety and hygiene, and open and clear communication among all workers of LOGÍSTICA SUEIRO TRANS S.L.

The staff of LOGÍSTICA SUEIRO TRANS S.L. is qualified in the tasks carried out, and follows established good practices with respect to legal regulations, food safety, quality, and the environment, in order to comply with the legal requirements and specifications agreed with the client.

This Policy is the reference for establishing objectives and goals, with which to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Management System. It affects and is the responsibility of each and every member of the organization, is communicated to the entire company for its knowledge, understanding, and compliance, and is available to any person or entity that requests it.


 

COMMUNICATION WITH SUPPLIERS

LOGÍSTICA SUEIRO TRANS S.L. informs its suppliers that, in accordance with the requirements of the quality system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard that we have implemented, they will be subject to periodic control and monitoring consisting of the identification and assessment of possible incidents related to the product/service they supply to us.

This Policy is the reference for establishing objectives and goals with which to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Management System. It affects and is the responsibility of each and every one of the members of the organization, it is communicated to the entire company for its knowledge, understanding and compliance and is available to any person or entity that requests it.


 

The following will be taken into account for the assessment:

  • Number of nonconformities recorded throughout the period analyzed.
  • Significance of the nonconformities.
  • Compliance with the requirements demanded of suppliers (evidence)

The importance of NCs will be categorized as follows:

  • Minor: Does not affect the performance of the service.
  • Serious: Causes a delay in the service to be performed.
  • Very serious: Causes the customer to be unable to be served.

Supplier rejection criteria can only be implemented by Management or by direct order from Management.

If any incident is detected, you will be informed so that possible solutions or agreements can be proposed.
